Our customers range from a variety of Industries, including aggregates, cement, metal/mineral mining, bulk shipping terminals, tunneling projects, pulp and paper facilities, recycling and other types of bulk material handling applications.
Job Description:
- Be a positive, active member of our inside sales team to help generate sales, profits and market share for ASGCO.
- Utilize our Salesforce CRM System to quote products and services to end-users, distributors, OEM’s and National Account customers.
- Provide answers to questions for our outside sales team, distributors, and end-user customers.
- Follow-up on quotes to the customer and expedite orders.
- Look for new customers and help to increase sales and market share for all ASGCO products and services.
- Assist with product development improvements and processes and seek new products for us to promote and improve upon.
- Promote a positive and safe attitude.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business – Marketing and Sales or similar.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or inside sales; manufacturing a plus.
- Hands-on hardware experience performing fabrication, assembly, and/or testing - can be in a professional, academic or recreational setting.
- Preferred Skills and Experience.
- 3+ years of industrial sales experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
